Our story

For generations, Christmas trees have been at the heart of our family.

The Barry Legacy

The story begins with Jerry Barry, Candy’s grandfather, who built a true Oregon Christmas tree empire—shipping trees all across the country for more than 60 years. His hard work, love for the land, and dedication to spreading holiday joy set the roots for what would become a lasting family tradition. Today, the family continues that legacy, growing beautiful trees and sharing the magic of Christmas with families near and far.

The Page Family Tradition

The Page Family planted their first trees on what was a portion of the Jory family’s original donation land claim. The land belonged to Eric’s great-grandmother, Laura Del Jory. Back in 1997, they had a simple dream: to create a place where families could slow down, sip cocoa by the fire, and make memories that last.

As the farm grew, so did the Page kids. Tucker, born in 1997, when the first trees were planted, quite literally took his first steps among the evergreens and quickly became the farm’s Chief Wagon Puller by age five, proudly helping guests haul their freshly cut trees. His sister Keaton, born in 1999, followed right behind, serving as Head Cashier by the time she was eight, greeting families with her signature smile.

Today, the tradition continues. Tucker is now married to Whitni, and together they’re raising their daughter Stevi, who already loves exploring the farm just like her dad once did. Keaton is married to her high school sweetheart, Wyatt, and the two return to help with the family’s busiest season of the year.

What began as a small family venture has blossomed into a beloved holiday tradition for the Salem community. Every wreath, garland, and tree is still grown, trimmed, and sold with the same hands-on care and small-town spirit that started it all.

At Tucker Christmas Tree Farm, the name Tucker isn’t just a name — it’s a story of family, hard work, and holiday joy tucked into every branch.
